Amazing kaaba view!

The kaaba view from our room was breathtaking! The staff were super friendly, especially Mr Khalid at the front desk who made our check-in smooth. The room was spacious and comfy, and the breakfast had great options. Just a heads up, check-in is strictly at 4 PM, even if you arrive earlier.

Would recomand because I enjoyed it and did not want to leave. The breakfast offered was tasty with z same food and healthy options available and a full view of the Kabaah, couldn't have asked for more.

The breakfast spreads joy like confetti, especially those omelets. The staff really hustle to fix issues and the cleaners are true superheroes.

The elevators can feel like a treasure hunt sometimes.

The room with a Kabbah view was breathtaking. the staff were incredibly friendly. I would DEFINITELY choose this place again. the room was even better in person than in photos!

The location is fantastic, very near to cafes. Swissotel Makkah is fabulous and close to the Haram. - It's also conveniently close to commercial outlets like the Abraj Al Bait shopping mall.

I loved staff and cleanliness as well as good prices.

I particularly appreciated the very warm welcome, especially Mr Talal Al-Zahrani, also at the buffet: Mohsin, Youssouf, Firsan and room cleaners: Ayman, Habib Khan and others whose names I don't remember. In the concierge's office, Mr. Ali. My thanks are particularly dedicated to Mr. Amar Belgat (Regional Director Accor) and to the General Manager Mr. Seddiqi to whom I pay a special tribute.

Stayed in a modern classic twin room with three standard beds, enjoyed a plentiful and delicious breakfast with healthy options and a good variety of food.

Actually, everything was perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Swissotel Makkah with my 8-year-old dog. From the exceptional staff to the breathtaking Ka'ba view room, everything was perfect for our pilgrimage. The proximity to the Haram made our experience even more special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mecca for a memorable and comfortable stay.
